I. Descripation
The Automatic Carton Erecting, Packing, and Sealing Integrated Machine (hereinafter referred to as the “Carton Erecting Machine”) is a packaging machine independently developed by ourcompany. The machine is equipped with a new transmission mechanism designed to improve production capacity, as well as a robotic arm and supporting devices. It can automatically pick up cartons, erect and form cartons, fold the flaps, seal the bottom, pack products into cartons, andseal the cartons. The machine is controlled by a PLC and operated through a human-machine interface (HMI), making it easy to operate and manage. I. II. Performance Features
- The machine features a simple structure, convenient operation, and easy maintenance. It is widelyapplicable to various industries.
- The carton erecting mechanism adopts a dual-curved-arm servo system, providing high carton erecting speed and high precision.
- The carton conveying system is driven by two servo motors, which independently drive the belts on both sides. This ensures better synchronization of the two belts and guarantees square and accurate carton forming.
- The machine is equipped with overload protection and safety devices. It automatically gives an alarm when the working air pressure is abnormal or when the tape runs out.
- The entire machine works in conjunction with a robotic arm, providing a high degree of automation and reducing the need for manual labor.
- Low operating noise and smooth operation ensure that the cartons are not damaged during the process.
- The carton magazine adopts an inclined, non-powered design, allowing cartons to be replenished at any time without stopping the machine.
- The machine can be seamlessly integrated with upstream and downstream equipment.
- The machine frame is finished with a carbon steel powder-coating process.
- The machine adopts a menu-based management system that can store parameters for up to nine product specifications, making it convenient to switch between different packaging specifications.
