Advantages of This Case Packer: 
  • The equipment occupies a small footprint and has low operating costs. It can load a specified number of bottled products into cartons at one time, making transportation and storage more convenient. The entire machine can be easily operated by just one person, greatly reducing labor intensity and minimizing workforce requirements for the whole production line.
  • The machine uses a heavy-duty flat top chain for bottle conveying. It has low power consumption in standby mode and overall low energy usage. It is equipped with a built-in proximity detection system that automatically adjusts the packing speed according to production capacity, ensuring synchronization with the filling line.
  • The bottle gripping system adopts the latest pneumatic mechanical gripper, which handles products gently without damaging the bottles or shrink film. It prevents bottle dropping, consumes low air, and operates stably.
  • The bottle lifting system adopts a linear bearing slider-type flexible connection structure, ensuring stable lifting speed and providing mechanical protection in case of unexpected failures, effectively enhancing the machine’s self-protection capability.
  • The machine can handle different carton sizes by simply changing the grippers, meeting various customer requirements.
  • The lifting and transferring positions are controlled and positioned using CNC technology, ensuring high precision for bottle picking and placing. This reduces the reliance on multiple limit switches, thereby lowering the failure rate. The lifting and transferring movements are driven by a stepper system, with multi-stage speed control (low speed for gripping – medium/high speed for movement – low speed for placing), ensuring smooth and coordinated operation.
  • The machine is controlled by an imported Mitsubishi PLC with a Weinview (Weintek) HMI. Operating parameters and processes can be freely adjusted via the touchscreen, with functions such as parameter storage, fault shutdown, alarm, and display.
  Main Features of This Case Packing Machine
  • The overall frame is made of reinforced δ3.0 thick steel plates to enhance structural strength, and widened side columns are used to reduce vibration during operation.
  • Stable Lifting Performance The transfer frame adopts a 2-axis, 4-point chain lifting and positioning structure, driven by a stepper motor, which effectively reduces shaking when the lifting and transfer frame reaches position.
  • Transfer Stability and Precision The transfer mechanism is driven by a stepper motor with multi-stage speed control, ensuring high positioning accuracy and preventing chain skipping during operation.
  • Control System Equipped with an independent external control box for easy and convenient operation. Suitable for installation and use in various workshop environments.
  • Pneumatic Components All cylinders and solenoid valves are from the Airtac brand, ensuring higher durability and reliability of the equipment.
  • Digital Control System The YAKO servo drive system is used. In case of any quality issues within one year, we provide unconditional repair or replacement.
