Ⅰ. Device Overview:
In response to the increasing labor shortage and insufficient workforce in large and medium-sized bottled drinking water manufacturers, we conducted extensive surveys of most bottled water production companies and, based on requests from some clients, successfully developed an automatic case-packing machine. During the usage process, we continuously optimized and improved the design to achieve stable operation and outstanding performance. This equipment occupies a small footprint, has low operating costs, and can complete 1,200cases per hour. The entire machine can be easily operated by a single person, significantly reducing employee labor intensity and lowering the staffing requirements of the entire production line. The equipment is characterized by its low price and extremely low failure rate. When compared to traditional production methods (at a production rate of 1,200 cases per hour.
Ⅱ. Main Features Description
This equipment occupies a small footprint, has low operating costs, and can pack bottled water into cartons in the required quantities for easier transportation and storage. The entire machine can be easily operated by a single person, greatly reducing labor intensity and lowering staffing requirements for the entire production line.
- The machine uses a thickened flat-chain bottle feeding system. It consumes very little power when idle, resulting in extremely low energy consumption. The built-in proximity sensor detection mechanism automatically adjusts the packing speed according to output to match the bottling line.
- The bottle-lifting system uses a state-of-the-art pneumatic robotic gripper to handle products without damaging them or the shrink film, preventing bottle drops. It consumes minimal air and operates stably.
- The bottle lifting and lowering system employs a linear bearing slide soft-connection structure, ensuring stable lifting speed and mechanical protection in case of unexpected faults, effectively providing self-protection for the machine under special failure conditions.
- The machine can pack different types of cartons by replacing the fixtures, adapting to various customer requirements.
- The machine uses CNC technology for lift and transfer positioning, achieving highly accurate bottle pick-up and placement positions, avoiding high failure rates caused by excessive use of limit switches. The lifting and moving system uses a stepper motor drive, allowing bottles to move at multiple speeds (low-speed gripping – medium-high-speed transfer – low-speed placement), ensuring coordinated operation and smooth performance.
- The machine is controlled by an imported Mitsubishi PLC with a Weintek HMI interface. Operating parameters and action sequences can be freely adjusted on the touch screen, with functions for parameter storage, fault shutdown, alarms, and display
